Support the objective of delivering the best-in-class land necessary to execute combo-development projects

Provide legal counsel to EQT in areas of the law that affect EQT and its business, in addition to supporting stakeholder affairs and ensuring EQT and its employees are operating in compliance with applicable laws and ethics programs. The objective of this department is to effectively manage risk and drive a strong corporate reputation to support EQT becoming the operator of choice for all stakeholders.

Align EQT to the critical path, focusing all organizational activity on the delivery of executive guidance.

Accountable for all surface use acquisition, civil design, permitting, civil construction and maintenance, and regulatory compliance. The objective of this department is to ensure that EQT is the operator of choice by executing projects in a safe, compliant and fiscally responsible manner, while maintaining full alignment with EQT’s master operating schedule and digital work environment.

Maximizes the value of EQT’s assets by becoming the low cost producer of natural gas. From flowback operations through plug and abandonment, engineers, lease operators, data analysts, and real time production control technicians own the design, construction, maintenance, monitoring and optimization of equipment and producing wells to enable EQT to be the premiere Appalachian operator.
