The Community Team
EQT’s Community Team provides a dedicated, local point of contact for elected officials, business owners and residents. Our team builds relationships with local leaders, emergency responders and the community. Guided by our core values of trust, evolution, teamwork and heart, we engage with the public through education, corporate giving and volunteerism to support our communities and address their concerns.

Sponsorship
EQT contributes thousands of dollars each year to sponsor fairs, festivals and other local community events in counties where we have regional offices or active field operations. These opportunities allow EQT to financially support regional gatherings; allow our neighbors to meet our employees, ask questions or offer comments on topics that are most important to them; and receive immediate feedback.
Local Giving
EQT supports local fire departments, food banks, senior centers and other community projects within our three-state footprint. Our contributions focus on areas with active drilling, completion or production activities.

Agriculture & 4H Support
EQT has a long standing commitment to the efforts of local farmers and 4-H students across our operating area. Through our Livestock Auction Program, 4-H members use auction proceeds to raise animals the following year, and many put money into college funds.
Volunteering
In 2023, EQT partnered with Pledge 1%, an initiative to encourage employees to pledge 1% of their annual working time - about 20 hours - to volunteering in which they live and work. Employees can participate in company-provided volunteer programs or identify opportunities on their own.
