Partnerships

EQT has entered an exciting partnership with Junior Achievement of Western PA, an organization delivering experimental learning programs to students' work readiness, financial literacy and entrepreneurship. EQT has entered into a storefront partnership with J.A. BizTown®. This program offers students a day-long immersive learning experience in a simulated town called BizTown®. This experience allows students to operate banks, manage restaurants, write checks, vote for mayor, and more recently, work for EQT! The newly designed EQT space and program gives students the opportunity to practice philanthropy and gain a better understanding about the industry. They learn the importance of giving back and building strong communities the same way EQT is through grant programs, donations and volunteer work. Through the EQT BizTown Program an EQT President, CFO, Community Relations Manager(s) and Social Media Manager(s) work together to determine a volunteer project for the day, donate to the BizTown Mayor and select a grant recipient from the J.A. 18 Under 18 program.
