Lee M. Canaan

Lee Canaan joined EQT’s Board of Directors in July 2019 and currently serves as Chair of the Audit Committee and as a member of the Corporate Governance Committee. She is the Founder and Portfolio Manager of private investment management firm Braeburn Capital Partners. Drawing on her years of experience in the energy sector, Lee also has served as an independent traditional and alternative energy industry consultant for various private, public and government entities since 2009. Currently, she sits on the boards of Aethon Energy and PHX Minerals and previously on the board of ROC Energy Acquisition Corp. from 2021 to 2023. She also is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
